- Residential services are on weekly trash removal service. We provide a 96-gallon container to hold bagged trash. More cans are available upon request at a reduced additional cost.
Can Placement and Procedure:
- We ask that all cans be out the night before or before 6 am on the day of pick-up to insure cans are dumped. As routes grow to accommodate new customers the pickup times are subject to change.
- Each container must have at least 6 feet of space on all sides, free from obstruction including mailboxes and cars. We keep a detailed record of pick up to record any circumstances regarding pickup.
Yard Waste
- All trash must be bagged before being placed inside the container. Grass can be left loose if there is a trash bag underneath.
Missed Collections and Past Due
- If your trash was set out by 6 a.m. and mistakenly missed by us, every attempt will be made to collect your garbage by the end of the day. In most cases it will be necessary for us to collect the garbage the following week on your normal scheduled pick up day.
- If your trash was not dumped due to a credit hold account status and payment was made after your driver has already been by, we will not be able to pick up your trash until the following week on your normal scheduled pick up day.
